General conditions of use of the platform and services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Dyhonne Lucas web platform and services offered by the Dyhonne Lucas amateur sports association. Access to and use of the website implies full acceptance of the terms.
2. Membership and Enrollment
Participation in activities is reserved for regularly enrolled members with a valid annual membership. Purchasing packages or classes does not replace the required medical documentation.
3. E-Commerce Purchases
Products are subject to availability and prices include VAT. Payment is made through Stripe. A defective product or wrong size may be returned within 14 working days of receipt if unused.
4. Event Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets for workshops or special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, a full refund or equal-value voucher will be issued.
5. Changes to the Terms
Dyhonne Lucas reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website.
